Our History
Casa de Pedro is a seven plots, three star hotel, blazing the trail in the
hospitality business in the twin – city of Warri and Effurun in Delta state,
Nigeria. Our sky line architectural masterpiece main office located at 99 / 101
Refinery Road Effurun is the first treat we offer our teeming guests whenever
they come knocking.
There is a polio game stature immersed in the mist of an 8 sprinkler-fountain,
on a 5m diameter pool. We commenced business on the 18th January, 1999 with 12
suites and 28 double rooms on a single block with a total of 23 staff. The
impressive business performance a year later prompted the expansion that led to
the building of a block B housing 18 suites. Further increase in patronage,
gave birth to a 12-blocks annex located at 6 / 8 Adidi street off Refinery
road, Effurun which opened for business on 30th December, 2001.
The annex comprises 9 blocks of accommodation, 2 administrative blocks and a
conference and gym block. In all there are 32 standard rooms, 8 Executive
rooms, 5 Super Executive and 16 Pedro rooms in the annex. Our patronage spans
the corporate organizations the various arms of government, and individuals
accounting for 22% of annual generated revenue. The winning team of Casa De
Pedro hotels is led by Chief E. Asagba acting in the capacity of the managing
director.
Hotel Corporate Policy
• Our check in time is 8am, early arrival request can
not be guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate each
request
• Our check out is 12.00 noon. If available, late
departure may attract an additional fee. Please kindly verify with the front
desk during your
visit.&nb;
• Smoking rooms may be available, please specify during
the reservation process if you prefer a smoking room.
• Photos are representative of the property and may differ
from your specific unit.
• Airport shuttle is available upon request during the booking
process at a one-way fee of N2, 000 to the Osubi Airport, Delta state.
• Video cassette players and / or DVD players are available
upon request at a fee N 300 per day.
• Humidifiers and fans are available at no additional cost
during your stay.
• Minimum check in age is 18 years old. Guest must
present a valid identification upon arrival.
• The cancellation policy during stay depends on the
day(s) spent. Consult with front desk on arrival for details.
• Reservations can only be treated as valid, if payment
is made 48 hours after confirmation. Otherwise, it will be nullify.
• Our reservation specialists will discuss the various
cancellation policies with you during the booking process.
• As payment, we receive cash. If you prefer to use cheque, a
o payment authorization and confirmation will be required. ATM facilities are
available for guests use.
• Pet policy, please contact the property directly to
inquire about our pet policy.
• Suites and guestrooms rates are exclusive of VAT (5%) and
Service Charge (10%).
• Security of our guests and their belongings is guaranteed.
Cases, of defect shall be investigated and proven for appropriate remedial
action.
• Guests are liable for any damage done to hotel property.
• We offer only First Aid treatments for medical cases and
recommend places for medical attention.
• Safety is our priority. Consult with front desk for the use
of safety gadgets, procedures and location of emergency exits
